《価格改定のお知らせ》 |
人間ドック受診後、致命的ではないが色々と健康面の指摘を受けて凹んでの中目黒ランチ。
20年間どんだけ飲んでも元気だった肝臓の値も要注意とは。。。いい歳です。
検診結果を引きづりながら、せめて中目黒で楽しい思い出作りのためtabelog検索した結果、関谷スパゲッティさんに来店です。
開店ちょい過ぎの11時5分、2番目で入店。
事前に目星をつけてい塩バジルスパゲッティと10品目サラダを注文(980円)です。
出てくる間、キッチンを眺めてましたがが、フライパンをゆすって火柱が上がったのは楽しい。
観察している間、お客様も続々入店して一皿出てくる頃にはほぼ満席でした。
11時過ぎにサラリーマンが続々来店の結果、ほぼ満席とは流石に人気店でした。
さて、出てきたスパゲッティは太めモチモチで、イタリアンとはちょっと違うような美味しさ。
モリモリ食べれる麺の食感と、味付けも塩とバジルと具材(エビ、玉ねぎ、ピーマン、フレッシュトマト)が際立っていて最高に美味なのです。日本人の胃袋を知り尽くした一皿です。
間違えなくヨーロッパの小麦麺を具材にした料理、だけどこれはイタリアンでいうところのパスタではなく日本風洋食の味です。ビックリするほど美味しいということではなくて、毎日食べたい味。
サラダも多めで美味しく頂き、ノーマルサイズがお腹にちょうど良い量で美味で満腹・満足しました。人間ドックで指摘を受けましたが、これなら大丈夫でしょう。
メニューは他にもパスタではない味付けが色々あるので、来年の人間ドックが楽しみになりました。中目黒は魅力的な街ですね。
