ゆちゃんは、山手警察近くにある中華料理屋。
この界隈は、ランチできる店が少ないので時々利用しています。
本日は、よだれ鷄の定食。850円也を注文。
よだれ鷄とはなんぞやと、メニューを読んでみれば、蒸し鶏に激辛ソースをかけたものとある。
定食は、豆腐の小鉢に、白飯、卵スープ。気持ち程度の杏仁豆腐。
さてさて、件のよだれ鷄。
冷えた蒸し鶏に、ピリ辛のラー油的なソースが美味い。
暑い夏には、なかなかいいですねえ。
チャーハンも、麻婆豆腐もイマイチでしたが、これはいいかも。
ちなみにランチは、セルフのアイスコーヒーが紙コップ一杯ついてますが、売り切れ次第サービス終了です。
スタッフ全員、中国人のようですが、なぜか味は本格的ではない店。笑
