目黒警察署近くのラーメン屋さん。
行列も出来る人気店ですが、伺った際は比較的待ち時間なく入ることが出来ました。
いただいたのはおすすめとなっていた醤油ラーメンに煮卵トッピング。
丼は口が広すぎないオシャレなタイプ。着丼して目を引くのは透明度の高い褐色のスープ。さらに豊かな香りが食欲を掻き立ててくれます。
スープを一口いただいただけで丁寧な仕事が伝わってきました。
スープは銘柄鶏としては全国区の大山鶏からしっかりと旨みを出しています。そのスープに鶏油が非常に豊かな旨みと香りを出してくれています。
美味しいスープにストレートの細麺が絡み箸がどんどん進みました。
チャーシューは豚と鶏の2種で変化を楽しめます。豚チャーシューはハード系で脂身が多いかなぁという印象ですが、スープが洗い流してくれます。
当方あまり醤油ラーメンをいただかないですが、今まで食べた中ではかなり上位に入るおいしさでした。
不定期で担々麺屋さんになるそうなので、また伺えたらと思います。
