お好み焼きって半年に一回食べたら良いなぁ〜って思ってましたが
一週間に一回食べたいな〜って思えるお好み焼きのお店を見つけましたのでレポートでも。
その名も鉄板バル SOURCE(ソース)さん。
場所は中目黒駅から徒歩３分ぐらい。
TSUTAYA横のサンクスを曲がって2本目右に回りすぐの左手にあります。
店内はコの字型の全面カウンター。
このスタイル、中央のキッチンの様子が全面から見られて個人的に好きです。
先ずはビールをいただいて、スピードメニューのぬか漬けをいただきます。
40年ものぬか床使用されている逸品。
歴史を感じる良いか盛りでおいしいです。
次にお好み焼きミックス豚イカ入り550円を注文します。
新食感グレープドロップサワー500円ってのも気になったので、
お好み焼きが出てくる迄飲んで待ちます。
ぶどうジュースの氷で作ったサワーで
懐かしい味がしておいしいです。
10分程待って待望のお好み焼きが出てきました。
でかっ！
550円なので、ちっちゃいのが出てくるかと思ったら結構なボリューム。
そしてふわっとして、しっとりな食感。
ワインにもあいそうな、素敵な味です。
これ一個で結構お腹がふくれてしまったので、
〆にスタッフさんにオススメのメニューをきいてふわとろ焼を注文。
明石焼のでっかいスープ版みたいなのが出てきました。
この出汁が絶品。
胃に優しいし美味しいし、又食べてみたいです。
次はネギ焼とか食べてみたいな〜。
店長さんもスタッフさんもとても素敵な方々で楽しい時間を過ごせました。
またお邪魔したいと思います。
