ヤネウラ10周年とのことで3ヶ月ぶりの再訪。
今日はトマッピーで中身3回お代わり
お通しのトーストは塩辛チーズだったかな？ 店主のアテというつまみに惹かれ注文。タケノコとカリフラワーのマスタードマヨ系冷製。美味いなこれ。
栃尾の油揚げカリフワ状態の焼き立てに水菜と花鰹満載。刻み生姜に醤油。バランスいい。なんちゃないのにメチャうまい
今日は定番をひとつも頼んでない。ポテサラ、ニラおひたし、鶏シソ餃子……迷いに迷ったけど、そこで並びの客がパスタを頼んだ。
麺！ と思考がフッとかわり、ラーメンに目が行く。そういえばトマトラーメンてもう何年も食べてない。ひとりで来た時しか頼めばいじゃんと気づく（頼めるけど、俺が分けるのが面倒なので頼むことが少ないだけ）
早めだけど〆でトマトラーメンを注文。
前の作ってるから少し待ってねー、と言われてもそりゃあたりまえ。トマッピー飲みつつ待機です。
待つこと数分（結構早かった）着丼 トマトだー。ひさしぶりだー。洋とも和ともアジアンともつかぬスープのこの味が、〆にピッタリ❣️
中太ストレート麺と、きのこと鶏肉の具合がまたトマトにぴったり合う。それはさながらスープパスタのラーメンアレンジ。
本日も満足いたしまして満腹です。いつもより酒量少なかったから安くなった☺️ ツマミが美味くて飲み過ぎるのがヤネウラで飲む時の注意点⚠️
