蛤が食べたくて、都内何店舗かの候補からこちらへ
中目黒の駅から徒歩数分の場所にあります
いわゆる魚介系の居酒屋です
オーダーはQRコードを読み取ってネットで
焼き蛤がお通しみたいな感じなんだけど、
それがストップを言うまでずっと出てくる様式で
これを、わんこスタイルというらしい
もちろん、一皿あたりの料金は積算されていきます
焼き蛤は、少しずつ味変もあって
ネギ塩、食べラー、バター醤油、ニンニク醤油など
面白みがありました
蛤は桑名から直送らしく
小ぶりですが、鮮度はまずまず、悪くないです
桑名で食べた極上の蛤は、身の豊満さ、甘味が凄かったけど、そこは贅沢は言えませんね
オススメの中落ちも頂きました
蛤の殻でこぞいでたべる形式
小と中がない、ということで2人ですが大をオーダー
ですが、ほとんど食べるところがなくてこれは残念
他は居酒屋メニューと串揚げ
安いのと、総じてサービスや配慮がよかったので
居酒屋としては良いのかなと思いました
焼き蛤を推していて、わんこというからには
もう少し提供スピードが早くても良いかもしれませんね
