This is a wonderful shop where you can fully enjoy fresh clams shipped directly from Mie Prefecture. It takes full advantage of the umami and flavor of clams, which are nutritious and low in calories. If you use it for soup stock, the taste of other ingredients will stand out. Particularly unique is the clams served dog-style. Each person starts with two pieces, and then they are grilled one after another until they stop. These delicious clams are delicious on their own, but can be further enhanced with condiments such as ponzu sauce or seaweed. It's also fun that if a person eats all 10 pieces, the Daruma is completed and they get a free drink. This restaurant also focuses on Fried Skewers, which are also quite delicious, but the popular tuna nakaochi was sold out. I'll carry it over to next time. And even though I went to many bars after that, I surprisingly didn't get drunk, and it may be thanks to the clams. I would like to come back to eat the clams, which are full of good things.
