平日のランチタイムに訪問。
席は6〜7割が空いていました。
目黒銀座商店街の通りから2本ほど裏に入ったところという立地もあり、そこまで人が多くないのかもしれません。
食べログではピッツァランチもあるという情報でしたが、この日はパスタとドリアのみでした。
ランチのA(フェットチーネ トリュフのパスタ)を注文。
セットにサラダかスープを選べて、サラダを注文したところ、とんでもない量のサラダが(笑)
以前に訪問した並びのハンバーグ屋さんといい、この通りはサラダのボリュームが多いのかも...？
パスタは平打ち生麺で、もちもちした食感もよく、トリュフのクリームソースとの絡みも最高でした。
ソースもトリュフの香りが豊かでまろやかな仕上がり。セットでついてくるフォカッチャで最後まで絡めとりました。
クオリティの割にまだ知名度がなさそうな印象ですが、時間の問題かもしれません。
