野方ホープの本店はものすごく昔に行ったことがありますし、吉祥寺店は美味しかったですが、見ると最近支店も多いのですね。
オリジナルの醤油とんこつと濃い魚介とんこつを選ぶ方式。
特製醤油とんこつ1000円と生ビール500円を注文しました。
油の量が選べるので、上から2番めのこってりで。
スープの最初の一口目は、正直、あれ？こんなに薄かったっけ？という印象。私の記憶は全くあてにならないものの、想像以上に薄めのとんこつ。
背脂チャッチャ系ながら、土地柄考えてなのか？かなりさっぱりに仕上げてる印象です。
最後まで食べるとまあ普通になってくるので、尻上がりに調子が出てくるタイプのスープですね。
中太麺はスープには合ってますし、縮れ具合が良い食感。
チャーシュー、味玉、メンマは普通です。
生ビールは、プレミアムモルツのジョッキでした。
接客は明るく爽やかで良い感じ。
