▪️Koku - 980 yen Rich and deep, tonkotsu with seafood stock. A bowl of Nogata Hope's triple soup with seafood stock, homemade fragrant oil, and spicy miso. This was my first time trying Nogata Hope. The flavor was easy to change with the fragrant oil and spicy miso. The restaurant was crowded with many female customers and families with small children, and it was as lively as Family restaurant. (Maybe it was because I went around 6pm?)
