チーズケーキブラウニー(ブラックボトム) 460円
バケットはハードな皮に、中がもちもちのタイプ。中はぎゅっと詰まっているというよりは隙間が多い印象でした。細めで味もあっさりとした食事パンなので、ソースなどが多いパスタやスープにぴったりだと思います。
なお、バゲットはハーフの提供はやっていないとのこと。個人的にはハーフで十分なので、ハーフの提供があると嬉しい。
チーズケーキブラウニーは、半分で十分なズッシリ感。食べ応えあります。ブラウニーという名だけあって、チーズケーキというよりも濃厚なブラウニーのバリエーションという印象。ただ、思ったよりは甘すぎず、ブラックボトムの部分はどちらかというとスポンジのようで、そこまでしっとりではない、という印象でした。個人的には上のチーズケーキ風部分のみでもよかったかな。
今度はカフェも利用してみたいです。
