サービスは★1.0の残念な店です。
内装はオシャレ、コンクリ打ちっぱなしの天井と壁、椅子とテーブルの下地は革でソファも革張り。ＢＧＭは、メロディーはよく聞こえないがビート強めの響かせ系。料理はそこそこ。食器もおしゃれ。カウンタ席にはＡＣ100Ｖのコンセントがそれぞれについています。
ランチで二人で入ったので、オーダーは、今日のシェフリコメンドパスタ（うに）800円、オリーブオイルたっぷりで、うにも形が分かるくらいの大きさのものがいくつか入っていて良い感じ。それと、ピザ（クァトロフォロマッジ:4種類のチーズとはちみつを合わせたピザ）10inch 1,200円、で濃厚なチーズが口の中に広がり、後でかけるはちみつの甘さと相まってそれなりに良くできた味でした。
ところが、サービスはがっがり。店に入りスタッフと目があったとたんそのスタッフは他のスタッフと会話をはじめ、もう一人は知らん顔。寄って行って「すいません」というと、予約ですか？と高飛車な態度。違いますというとしばらく引っ込んでから一番手前のテーブルに案内。こんどはやっとスタッフを捕まえてオーダーしてもおしぼりはくるが、水は来ず。お願いしてやっとくる感じ。
今日の運営スタッフは、キッチン2人、ドリンクカウンタ1人、ホール3人。ところが、ホールはほぼ1人がフルフル稼働状態で後の二人は新人なのか、ぼーっと立っているのがほとんど。入り口のドアが常にあけっぱなしなので、入り口そばの女性は脱いでいたコートをまとい、自分は花粉がガンガン店に入っているので鼻がとまらなくなってくる始末。
極めつけは、ピザは出てくるまで、25分待ち。スパゲティは45分待ち。ピザとスパゲティで20分の時間差攻撃、食後のコーヒーも時間がなくなってきたので、先にお願いしても10分たってもでてこないのでキャンセルする始末。それと、フォークとナイフ等は、水滴の乾き跡がバリバリ残っていてうんざりという感じ。
ひさびさに残念な感じの店でした。
