飲食店がひしめく中目黒の駅近に、オアシスのような空間を見つけました。今年かなり一緒にでかけた友人が、ランチで気に入ったと誘ってくれた中目黒「TERRACEテラス」。
スーパーなどが並ぶ賑やかな商店街に面した1階なのに、建物前のアプローチ部分から異空間が広がります。
店舗前のオープンテラスのカフェ、店内に入るとカジュアルなカフェスペース、ダイニング用ボックス席、
そして奥にはグリーンに囲まれた中庭のような設えのテラス。店名の通り、テラスに始まりテラスに終わる（笑）レイアウトです。
友人とは忘年会を兼ねた今年最後のディナー。
一年の労をねぎらいシャンパーニュで乾杯！
コース、飲み放題コースもありますが、2人だったので自由にいただけるアラカルトをシェアしました。
「厳選農園の4種のトマトとモッツァレラ”ブッファラ”のカプレーゼ」
4種のトマトは、色味はもちろんのこと、酸味から甘味へと味のグラデーションが広がります。ブッファラと合わせたときに、味わいのバリエーションがあるのが楽しいです。
「18品目のお野菜を使ったミネラルグリーンサラダ 白バルサミコのヴィネグレットで」
レタス類やスピナッチなどの葉物がベースに、トレビスやアンディーブなどの苦味野菜、バジル、クレソンなどのハーブ系がミックスされています。
白バルサミコのヴィネグレットで全体が軽くあえてあり、アクセント的に赤バルサミコをつけていただきます。
最後はステーキにしたので、この位お野菜を摂っておかないとね。
野菜専門のレストランでなくても、クオリティーにこだわった野菜メニューが揃っているお店が多くなりました。
こちらでもベジタリアンメニューを揃えているようです。
「ワタリガニのリングイネ アメリケーヌソース」
メニューが、ピザ、リゾット、パスタ、ニョッキ＆ショートパスタと分かれていて、全部で17品。
野菜、魚介、お肉系が揃っていて、かなり目移りして選ぶのに迷いました。
前菜で野菜タップリ、メインがお肉なので、ここでは魚介を。
旨みが凝縮してコクのあるソースには、チリ「タクン」のシャルドネを合わせました。
「アバディーン・アンガス牛のグリルステーキ」
200gから1kgまで量を選べるステーキ。こちらで200g (1980円）です。
美しいロゼ色のレアに焼きあがり、噛みしめるほどに旨みを含んだ肉汁が流れ出ます。旨みがあるのに軽い後味の美味しい赤身。こちらには、同じくチリ「タクン」のカベルネ・ソーヴィニョンを合わせました。
デザートがわりにロングアイランドアイスティーを。ガーリーな（笑）見かけですが、ジン、ウォッカ、ラム、テキーラとホワイトスピリッツが全て入っているカクテルです。酸味と甘味の組み合わせなので、私にとってはデザートです（笑）。
さすが中目黒。カジュアルだけれど大人が楽しめる味わいのお料理が揃っていました。
オープンテラスが素敵なお店なので、もう少し暖かくなったら昼間、外の席でゆっくりワインとお料理を楽しみたいです。
