お昼ごはん
■牡蠣ドゥブ¥1,800（税込）
暖かくなったと思ったら、寒かったり、気温の変化についていくのも難しい昨今だが、真冬の寒さの日に食べたくなり向かったのは、中目黒の『田中家』。中目黒駅から目黒銀座商店街を歩くこと5〜6分。中目で酸辣湯麺が人気の『三宝亭』の向かいで、こちらはスンドゥブをメインにしている。
平日の13:00頃に訪問。外観もだが、内装はハンバーガーショップのようなアメリカンな佇まい。とてもスンドゥブをメインにしているようなお店には見えない笑。メニューはスンドゥブが中心。冬限定の「牡蠣ドゥブ」をお願いした。
まずは、お惣菜が2品。もやしナムルといんげんのマヨネーズ和え。このおかず2品は、おかわり無料。続いて、5〜6分でスンドゥブが到着。グツグツと煮立ったスンドゥブは、メインの牡蠣が3個、さらにイカやホタテも入るのが嬉しい。牡蠣は、大粒でプリプリ。チゲに牡蠣の旨みが、ごはんに合う。海鮮の旨みが出ていて美味しい。スンドゥブのメイン食材である豆腐もたっぷりでおなかにも溜まる。途中、卵を崩して味変。白ごはんのクオリティはやや難ありだが笑、おかわり無料なので文句はいえまい。実際、おかわりしちゃったし。
三宝亭もいいが、田中家で辛くて温かい「スンドゥブチゲ」もおすすめだ。
