先日書かせていただいた市ヶ谷店からあまり時間は経ってませんが、新橋でちょこちょこ伺っていた「あぶり清水 中目黒店」がオープンしたので行ってきました。
というのも先日の市ヶ谷店から伺う度にちょっとだけお店の方とお話させていただいたりしてまして、今回の中目黒店のオープンの話を聞き、その方が手伝いにいくというので予約で伺ってみました。
中目黒の近年できた高架下のお店が立ち並んでいるところの割と奥の方にあります。
新橋などともちょっと違って綺麗目な感じのお店です。
新橋は新橋で雑多な感じ自分は好きですが。
とりあえず生とオニスラとあみレバとハラミポン酢を注文。
毎回の初オーダー。
あぶり清水さんでは通常鳥刺し、馬刺しがありますが、
中目黒店では限定の豚刺しがあるそうでそれを注文しました。
低温調理のピンク色したそれはこれまたさっぱりとそしていい肉々しい食感もあり、美味しかったです。
他の店員さんもお声かけいただいたりして楽しく過ごさせていただきました。
近日水道橋もオープンがあるとのことで、すごい急成長ですね〜。
