一品料理とパエリアをガツンと味わえる！
初めてだったのでオススメメニューを多めに注文。
ワインも店員さんに相談しながら頼めるので、食事とのペアリングも心配しないで楽しめます。
イカ墨を練り込んだコロッケ=ブニュエロと、タラとズッキーニのオーブン焼きが激ウマでした…
どちらもニンニクの風味と刺激のあるアリオリソースが絶妙にマッチしていて最高でした。
季節のメニューの鰯とトマトのマリネも肉厚で脂ののった鰯と甘いトマトのコンビネーションがよく、もっと食べたくなりました。
写真撮り忘れてますが、パエリアはイカ墨のパエリアを注文。人数分にも対応していただけて大満足。こちらとアリオリソースで味変しながら食べられるスタイルで病みつきになりました。
食後のデザートはバスクチーズケーキ。
フワトロ食感で甘みの強いチーズケーキで、こちらも激ウマ。
