若者で賑わう牛タンと創作料理酒場へ。 割と単価高めなのに、平日でも若者で賑わってる。
予約なしで入れることは珍しく、
週末だと1週間前には予約をしておきたい。
料理は名物の牛タンを中心に注文。
やっぱり名物「特上牛たん炙り」が優勝。
ビジュは良すぎるし、ネギとおろしポン酢(？)が
さらに牛タンを美味しくさせる。旨い。
個人的に「佐賀のまぼろしの厚揚げ」も最高だった。
熱々さくさくでビールが進む進む。
〆の「ちょこっと牛たんカレー」も注文してよかった。
ただ、もう少しスパイシーにして欲しいかも…笑
1軒目でがっつり食べたら、5,600円くらい。
