祐天寺のラーメン屋。
祐天寺駅改札出てすぐのお店です。
駅内にある割には評価が高く
気になっていたので行ってきました。
「つけ麺TETSU」の創業者が
つけ麺TETSUを売却したのちに
新たに立ち上げたラーメングループ。
本店は西日暮里にあり、コンセプトが異なる
ラーメン屋を計8店舗経営しております。
平日の20:00前頃行き、3〜4割の埋まり。
本日は以下をいただきました。
✔︎中華そば（850円）
✔︎味玉（150円）
5分弱で着丼です。
スープの色はイメージ通りの中華そば。
トッピングはメンマ、チャーシュー、ネギ、
味玉、ナルト、青梗菜、カイワレと盛り盛り。
麺は打ち立てを謳っており、細麺ながら
モチモチ感ととろみある多加水感が特徴。
とろみを感じるのはスープの出汁に
昆布が使われているのもあるのかな。
体の芯から温まるラーメン。
中心にメンマがあると映えますね✨
駅徒歩0分でこのクオリティは重宝する。
美味しかったです。
