本日は中目黒の焼肉、ホルモン松田HANAREさんに来ました。
店内は焼肉屋とは思えないモダンでカフェのようなお洒落な空間です。
先ずはプレミアム・モルツ（580円）で乾杯！
お通しは牛スジと牛たんの時雨煮。
柔らかな時雨煮は生姜が良く効いていて体が温まりすね。
キムチ盛り合わせは白菜、カクテキ、長芋、オイキムチ。
どれもこれもボリュームがあり、しっかり漬かったキムチでした。
鮮度抜群のハツ刺しはハツ専用醤油と本わさでサッパリと！
しっかりと炙ったレバーはごま塩でプリプリです。
炙りユッケは内ももを使用していてトロトロ、濃厚な味わい。
セカンドドリンクはレモンサワーをチョイス！
上タンは薄切りなのに、歯応えがあり肉の旨味が出ていて
塩ポン酢でアッサリと頂きました。
ツラミの一枚目は塩ポン酢
二枚目はニンニクとコーレーグースで！
刺身で食べたハツを薄切りで、こちらも一枚目は塩ポン酢
二枚目は生黒胡椒と糸カツオで頂きます。
ポイントは生黒胡椒！大人の味わいですね。
シマチョウはしっかり味が付いているので一枚目そのまま
二枚目ルバーブのチャツネでサッパリと！
色んな食べ方が出来るのが良いですね～。
お次は栃木産A5ランクサーロインの名物HANARE焼き。
薄切りサーロインをさらりと炙りご飯を巻いて
濃厚豆乳パイタンダレをかけて贅沢な味わい。絶品です！
精肉のタレで食べるミスジは甘みがあり
またまたご飯が欲しくなるほど。
シメはユッケジャンスープと冷麺をシェア！
ユッケジャンスープは優しい辛さで変化球でコチュジャンを入れ楽しみました。
超極細の麺とトロトロの牛骨スープは今までに味わった事のない濃厚冷麺！
パワーがつきますね〜。
色々楽しめて楽しい食事が出来ました。
