中目黒の山手通りにあるお鮨屋。
ランチにて訪問。
ランチはにぎりずし、ちらしずし、ばらちらしのラインナップです。
にぎりずしを注文。小鉢とお椀付き。
小鉢はなめろうでした
3-4巻ずつ淡々と提供。ネタの説明はもう少し声大きめだと嬉しいかも(笑)
シャリの大小を聞かれましたが通常で。ネタは一般的なのと比べるとやや大きめか？
まぐろ(とろ)、鯛、まぐろ(赤身)、〆さば、甘海老、いか、ほたて、いくら、まぐろと山芋の裏巻き、玉
あさり味噌汁
個人的にいかが少し硬かったかも、甘海老は◯、裏巻きが出てきたのが意外でした
