週末夜に予約して訪問。
大きなテーブル席に案内されました。
壁に面したカウンター席も４席ほどあります。
店員さんが皆さんイケメンで緊張します（笑）
アラカルトで自分たちでコースのように組み立ててワインペアリングをお願いしました。
・サーモンと新玉ねぎのカルパッチョ（￥）
結構たっぷりサーモンがのっています。６切れほどのってたかな？
下にヨーグルトがひいてあり、あっさり食べられます。
新玉ねぎも辛くなく美味しく食べられました。
・ホワイトアスパラガラス（￥）
すごく太くて立派なアスパラです。
アスパラに対してタルタルソースが少ない気がするのでもう少しほしいです。
・雲丹のパスタ（￥）
大きな雲丹がたくさんのっています。
具は雲丹でシンプルです。手打ち麺おいしいです。クリーム濃厚です。
・牡蠣のトマトソースパスタ
こちらは乾麺です。
結構辛いです。牡蠣とトマトソースの組み合わせはあんまり食べないので珍しいと感じました。
・仔羊
いい意味で臭みが残っていて仔羊のお肉らしさを感じます。
・ズッパ
生地感強めでクリームは少量って感じです。クリーム少ないティラミス？てきな。チョコがアクセントになっていました。
ワインのペアリングはなかなかよかったです。雲丹に赤ワイン合わせてるのは自分じゃ創造できないのでおまかせしてよかったです。
やはりいいお店です。
