東急東横線の祐天寺駅を出てすぐの場所、ロータリーのところにあるカレーのお店です。食べログの評価も高く、百名店にも近いレベルのお店なので、行ってみることにしました。
平日の13時過ぎにお店到着です。なんと店内満席。さすがの人気です。店内で少し待ち、空いた席に通されます。訪問は、いつも通りの1人です。
カレーは日替わりと季節限定を含めて4種類。1種〜3種まで選べる（＆ルーのエクステをすれば全種類食べることも可能）メニューがあります。3種類にして、季節野菜とにんにくのカレー、日替わりのサーモンマッシュカレー、季節限定の根菜と海老のビンダルーにしました。
女性の店主さんと女性の店員さんでしたが、接客も丁寧で、まさに女性も安心して1人利用出来るお店ですね。
さて、カレーは3種類ワンプレートですが、とても芸術的な感じもあり、見た目で既にワクワク感があります。
レギュラーのカレーも限定カレーもそうですが、素材の味を引き出す丁寧な作りが全体的に感じられるまさに高評価通りの味わい。女性店主さんのカレーは本当にそうした感性がフルに表現されていますね。今回のカレーは三者三様に良かったですが、強いて挙げるならば根菜と海老のビンダルーが、酸味、旨みのバランスが特に優れていたように思います。
カレーは女性店主さんが躍動するジャンルかなと思いますので、是非ともこうしたお店が百名店に名を連ねていってほしいですね。支払いもキャッシュレス対応ですし、実に良い訪問になりました。
