I visited a chicken Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located a little way down an alley from Yutenji Station. The inside of the store is small and has the atmosphere of a tropical cafe. There is a topping case on the counter, and chicken is lined up. It seems that the roaster for yakiniku has water running through the iron rod, making it non-stick. I tried it for the first time. The smoke certainly didn't bother me. It's nice that you don't have to worry about the smell of grilled meat. I received an assortment of 8 types. The restaurant kindly provided us with two additional types of meat, so there were 10 types of meat, and each type had 2-3 slices per person, so it was very filling. There are 5 types of seasoning available at the table, so you can enjoy your favorite seasoning. I liked the green onion sauce for the fish sauce. Another option is caramelized white liver. This is caramelized white liver cooked at a low temperature, decorated with dried fruits and nuts, and balsamic sauce? A product that is attached to the surrounding area. The white liver had no odor, tasted like foie gras, and was delicious with the caramelized crunch. The chicken paitan soup has a refreshing taste, is full of umami, and has a lot of ingredients. It's served in a simmering stone pot, so it stays piping hot and delicious until the end. The number of restaurants selling chicken yakiniku has been increasing recently, and I'm glad that it's more refreshing than beef or pork. Thank you for the meal.
