I always pass this store on my way home from work. There's probably a grill in the window facing the street, and the smell of roasted mutton tickles my nostrils. I expected that they would serve non-Islamic mutton Meat Dishes, without the spiciness of a kebab shop. When you think of sheep specialty stores that follow the latest trends, you think of them as being really Chinese or Mongolian, but this one is not so serious. But for some reason, the sheep are tied. The door is made of wood and looks nice. When you step inside, you'll find a woody interior that resembles a mountain hut. The left and right sides are narrow, and there is an open space at the back. I didn't eat that much food because it was an after-party where we met after finishing our meals separately, but there were some dishes on the menu that made me think, such as skewered lamb Grilled skewer and lamb tsukune. However, I don't feel like I'm being hired, or I can't feel the feeling of "We love sheep and natural wine to death. Isn't it delicious?" to all the staff, or rather, the person who created the concept didn't do it. I feel like I can't really become a fan, or rather, I feel like I can't really become a fan (I'm sorry if I'm wrong!).
