【點心飲茶酒館 祥門】さんでランチ。
「酸辣湯麺」の小籠包セットで、小籠包を＋500円で特級点心盛り合わせにしました。
特級点心盛り合わせは小籠包2、セロリ入り蝦蒸餃子、豚肉焼売、糯米焼売、飛子焼売。
ランチは、全てのメニューにサラダと中国茶つき。
ほぼ同時に特級点心も酸辣湯麺もきました。
卓上に好きな黒酢がなかったのが残念ですが、お酢と醤油で頂きました。
点心、小籠包はもちろん中は肉汁いっぱいだし、特に豚肉の焼売がプリップリでおいしかった！
酸辣湯麺、麺は細麺。
スープは辣油の辛さより、酸っぱさが強めで、酸っぱい方が好きなので嬉しいです。
具材は定番の椎茸、筍、挽肉、葱に溶き卵。
途中から辣油をいれて、もっと辛くしました。
お茶もあったまる。
店内の小さい点心入れにミニパンダが入っているのが可愛かった。
