祥門は何度もお伺いしていますが、台湾火鍋が開始されたとの事で訪問。薬膳や香辛料を独自に調合していて、薬膳スープ、麻辣スープ、鶏白湯スープから２種類選べます。いつも火鍋は絶対赤白なんだけど、今回悩みまくって、薬膳スープ、麻辣スープにしました。
薬膳はとにかく贅沢にナツメなど色々浮いていた。体に良さそう。この感じは絶対女子が好きな感じだと思います。お野菜も色々あるし、あと春雨（かな？太かったです）がとっても美味しい。ラムも追加して食べまくってしまいました。
そして点心も新しく増えていて、大好きな水晶腸米があった。これはシェアではなく自分で１つ頼みました、大好きなので。台湾炒米粉も美味しかったです。点心盛りもマストですね。美味しかった。
火鍋はまた食べたいので、絶対行こうと思います。女子会しよう、喜ばれる。
