中目黒にある「熊の焼鳥」は、その名の通り、熊の焼き鳥、焼き熊が食べれる店、、、ではなく、究極の鶏を使った焼鳥が自慢のお店です。
予約困難ですが、事前に1ヶ月前くらいに予約しておき、やっと来店できました。

● 究極鶏の絶品焼鳥
「熊の焼鳥」の最大の魅力は、何と言っても「究極鶏」と呼ばれる特別な鶏を使用した焼鳥です。
この鶏は、肉質が柔らかく、深い味わいが特徴。
一串一串に丁寧な仕事が施されており、その味は他ではなかなか味わえないレベルでした。
特に雲丹胸や究極とりの刺身、炙った皮などは、焼鳥の概念を覆すほどの美味しさでした。

デートや接待、会食など様々なシーンで利用できそうです。
今回は美しいコの字型のカウンター席で、オープンキッチンで焼かれる焼鳥を眺めながら食事を楽しみました。

コースが基本となっており、追加で個別の注文も可能です。
コースは、前菜から始まり、様々な部位の焼鳥、〆のご飯物まで、バランス良く構成されていました。
特に、熊のたまごかけご飯などの〆の料理は、焼鳥とはまた違った美味しさを楽しむことができます。

でもトレタから予約しておけば1ヶ月位前なら予約取れました。
