今日は焼き鳥な気分。
本店は大阪にある焼鳥の名店。
中目黒店に行きました。
お店から暗証番号が送られてきて、鍵のかかったドアをオープン。
隠れ家感満載で、店内も良い雰囲気。
デートにぴったり⁈
そして、至る所に可愛い熊のキャラクター。
なんで熊⁈って思いましたが、オーナーさんの名前からとったんだとか。
そんな熊の焼鳥さんですが、焼き技術がすごい！
絶妙な焼きで、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
特にささみが美味しかったです。
あとは締めの卵かけご飯は、つまんでも破れない黄身がすごい。
素敵なお店でした！
