くまが可愛い隠れ家焼き鳥
友達に予約をとってもらい来訪。
暗証番号で店内に入るシステムなのはワクワクします。
おしぼりや前菜には店名にもあるくまが印字。
可愛らしい料理が続くのかなと思いきや、串焼きは本格的。
特にささみ串はしっとりとしていて、梅との相性も抜群。思わずおかわりしてしまうほど気に入りました。
3人だったので個室での案内でしたが、カウンターも気になりました。
次行く時はカウンターで行きたいかな。
名物の卵かけご飯はあえて頼まずトリュフの炊き込みご飯を選択。
こちらは想像通りの味でしたので次行くときは卵かけご飯かな。

2回目の来訪。
前回とは多少内容が違いましたが、
やっぱりささみが推し串。
しっとりしていて最高。
梅との相性が抜群で美味しかったです。
締めのご飯は前回鳥ュフめしだったので
今回は熊のたまごかけご飯を注文。
濃厚でとっても贅沢な味。
個人的には鳥ュフめしよりもこっちの方が断然好み。やっぱりおすすめしてるだけある。
個室で窓際だと少し寒く感じますが、ブランケットも用意されていて有り難かったです。
