笄軒の中目黒店限定の「とろとろ卵のオムリバーグ」を求めて、中目黒へ行きました。事前に予約が出来るお店なので、予約してから行きました。
平日の夜８時に予約すると、店内は予約で満席となっていました。テレビでオムリバーグが取り上げられたので、かなり人気なお店です。
メニューは、広尾や池袋とほぼ同じで、お店限定のオムリバーグが有名です。オムリバーグとバスクチーズケーキを注文しました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり、とても良い雰囲気です。
注文して15分ほどでオムリバーグが運ばれてきました。オムレツがハンバーグの上に乗った新しいオムライスです。オムレツを割ると、トロトロ卵でハンバーグが包まれました。デミグラスソースをかけていただきます。
粗挽きで大きなハンバーグにトロトロのオムレツが合わさり、いろんな食感を味わうことができます。濃厚なデミグラスソースと粗挽きで食感が良いハンバーグがとても良く合います。下に敷かれたチキンライスのケチャップもハンバーグやオムレツにとても良く合います。
オムレツとチキンライスを一緒に食べると、トロトロオムライスを味わえます。デミグラスソースやお皿に敷かれたチーズソースがオムライスの味にアクセントになっています。
粗挽きのハンバーグは、肉の旨みを味わいつつ、カリカリとした外側の食感もオムライスには無く、オムライスとの相性がとても良いハンバーグです。
オムリバーグを完食後、バスクチーズケーキが運ばれてきました。チーズケーキの側に、塩とメープルシロップが添えられています。最初はそのままいただきました。香ばしい香りと濃厚なチーズの香りと甘みを味わえる濃厚なチーズケーキです。濃厚なチーズケケーキが好きな人にはピッタリのケーキです。塩を合わせると、味の良いアクセントとなり、より美味しくなります。メープルシロップを合わせると、甘みと香りで見事な味変になります。
どちらの料理もとても美味しく、お店の雰囲気も良いので、是非また利用したいです！
