中目黒 麻布笄軒《とろとろ玉子のオムリバーグ》
2015年にオープンした都内の正統派洋食店を代表する一軒の麻布笄軒 広尾本店。
その2店舗目として､G7広島サミットでも料理長を務めた森山裕介氏が2020年11月にオープンさせた中目黒店。因みに笄軒という店名は本店がある広尾の古い地名「笄町」から。
広尾本店は去年伺い､今日1/23に此方の中目黒店に訪問したのは「麻布笄軒」全体の副料理長でもある中目黒店店長の高嶋健司氏が考案し2021年8月から約1ヶ月の限定メニューとして広尾本店と中目黒店で提供された名物メニュー「とろとろ玉子のオムリバーグ」が中目黒店限定で復刻されているから。

美しく仕上げられたふわふわのオムレツにナイフを横一文字に切れ込みを入れ､とろとろの玉子を丁寧に180gのハンバーグとケチャップライスに重ねてから別添えのデミグラスソースを回し掛ける。
オムレツｘハンバーグｘケチャップライスｘデミグラスソースｘチーズソースのマリアージュは至極の美味しさで優しさもあってめちゃくちゃ旨い❣️ 最後まですべての味に新鮮さも感じられて素晴らしい◎
