グランドオープンは2020/12/24 |
パン屋さんが少ない祐天寺エリアにパンカフェがオープン。
しかも駅近。
この日はたまたま通りがかって、吸い込まれるように入店した。
聞けば、グランドオープンは12/23だそうだ。
イートインでモーニング、ランチを提供。
夜はバルになるそうで、流行りのパンバルというスタイル。
ドリンクメニューはイタリアンカフェ風で、アメリカーノ¥450 を注文。
濃いめのコーヒーが好きと伝えたら、そのように淹れてくれた。
オススメの北海道あんぱん¥230。焼き立てでほんわかあったかく、
いかにも好みの角食を一斤¥480 いただいた。
あんぱんも角食も生地がふかふかもっちりでとても美味しかった。
北海道小麦の特徴がしっかり生かされている感じ。
お店は居心地がよく、のんびり朝時間を過ごさせてもらった。
wifiも入るし、使い勝手がよいカフェだと思う。
ただ、お店が知られて混んじゃうと、ゆっくりするのは難しくなるかな。
また行きます。
