2カ月先まで予約がほぼ埋まっているアフタヌーンティー。
お友達が予約してくれたので伺ってみました。
天井や壁一面に飾られた藤の花が、
咲き乱れる店内。
華やかに盛り付けられたアフタヌーンティーに、
後から桃を丸ごと使ったパフェが。
更に後から、
目の前で絞って仕上げる、
巨峰とマスカットの生絞りモンブラン。
温かいお料理として、
太刀魚のポワレも出てきます。
この日お願いしたのは、
巨峰とマスカットの生絞りモンブラン付の、
ピーチアフタヌーンティー￥6000（税込み）。
ピーチメルバのパフェは、
下からピーチソース、
ペシェゼリー、
アールグレイクリーム、
自家製ホワイトショコラクランチ (グラノーラ、リスフレ、アーモンドブラリネ)、
ピーチソルベ、

お店の方が撮影して下さるのですが、
お花のフレームを使ったりと、
とても面白かったです。
内装は約3ヶ月くらいで、
2日間かけてがらりと変えているそう。
ここまで作り込むとは、
人気も納得です☆
