昨年7月にオープンした焼肉店。お店が蔦谷書店の横にあるのでわかりやすい♪
『みどる贅沢焼肉宴会コース』は正直…1万円以下でこんな映える贅沢なコースいっちゃっていいんですか!?っていうのがストレートな感想。
終始「えっ！」とか「ヤバい！」とか言葉にできない感動を連発しました…（語彙力）（笑）。
サラダの彩りとボリューム感から、ほかの焼肉屋と一線を画しているのが伝わってきます！そしてお肉以外にも野菜がたっぷり摂れるこのコース。お肉のプレートにも、ちょこちょこ美味しいきのこやししとうが入っていて嬉しいです♪
味のバリエーションが豊富♪焼肉のマンネリ回避
写真映えはもちろん、動画映えも！〝トキメく〟肉プレート
スープやお肉には容赦なく唐辛子が入っているものも。辛党さんに◎
以下、詳細レポ。
・キムチとナムルの彩り6種盛り合わせ
・3種の採れたてきのこ盛り合わせ
きのこはバターと一緒にぐつぐつ焼いていきます。個人的には、食べ終わった後残ったタレをお肉に浸して食べる背徳的な組み合わせがとっても好きでした。
・厳選牛タン3種盛り合わせ
タン先、厚切り牛タン、タン元の3種が入ったプレート。厚切り牛タンは深いコクがあり後引くおいしさです。
・厳選和牛7種盛り合わせ
まさに肉の宝石箱。しっかりと部位名称も入っていてサービスがいいなと感じました。どれもサシがくっきり入っていてめちゃくちゃ美しい～♪トモサンカクと霜降りカルビには上品な甘さがあって特に美味しかったです。
・みどるのホルモン3種盛り合わせ
こ、こんな味変しちゃっていいんですか～⁉️と言わんばかりのバリエーション。
レバーにはごま油、ギャラにはたっぷりの唐辛子、シマチヨウはネギ塩風味。
ホルモンって後半戦で食べると結構くどかったりするんですが、全く違う個性をもつ3種の味だからこそ飽きないんですよね。むしろ互いの良さを引き立て合い、濃厚＆さっぱり味が交互に来ている感じがします。
・新感覚!!幻の牡蠣牛タン
これぞ「縛り牛タン」と合わせてみどるの名物。牡蠣と肉、合うんか!?って感じでしたが、どちらもクリーミーで優しい甘さがあるからこその組み合わせ。
さすがに一口でいくのはもったいないので、レモン、ポン酢、岩塩、さまざまな味変を試してチビチビ食べていました。
・3種の和牛肉炙り寿司食べ比べ（各種1貫/人ずつ）
肉の〆はタテバラ、ささみ、並カルビの3種が一体となったお寿司。目の前で炙ってくれる豪快なパフォーマンスとともに。ささみのパサパサ感が皆無…なぜなんでしょう？こんなに柔らかいささみは初めてです。
・コクうま！ユッケジャンスープorクッパ
スープに唐辛子がた～っぷり！辛いもの大好きなのでめちゃくちゃ嬉しいです。カプサイシン効果で寒い冬でも体がぽかぽかします。
・日替わりシャーベット
ラムネアイス久しぶりに食べたいな～と思っていたら運よく提供してくれました！食後の紅茶はアールグレイ？ダージリンでしょうか。ほんのり甘くて最後までお店のこだわりが感じられました。
焼肉の枠にとらわれない創作メニューは大人の好奇心を刺激してくれるはずです！
誕生日には肉ケーキもあるそうなので、特別な日にもぜひ♪
