中目黒駅前のコスパ焼肉で縛りタンが食べれると聞いて、行ってみました(ﾟ∀ﾟ)初入店！
無煙ロースターで、焼肉の匂いも気にならない
店内もキレイでデートにもバッチリ。
色々オーダーする中で、やはり1番「映え」たのが
縛りタン。
薄切りのタンでしっかりネギを包み込んでいる。
薄切りなので、しっかり焼かずして食べられる。
中のネギのシャキシャキを感じながら、
食べ応えもバッチリ。
※焼き過ぎ注意(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
更に【ねぎ塩ダレ特上タン】もオーダーしたい一品。
厚切りでネギが大量に乗っていて、
焼いたあとにねぎ塩ダレと食べる特上タンはたまらない。
ホルモン系だと【マルチョウ】もオススメ。
大きくてぶりんぶりんな身。焼いてもしっかり残るぷるぷるな脂身が最高で、鮮度の良さをうかがえました。
飲み物は、体内の老廃物に効く竹炭ドリンクがあり、私は竹炭ハイボールとやらを初めて頼みました。なんか焼肉食べておきながらヘルシーだったなぁと勘違いするくらいでした笑
