I went there with a friend on a Friday night. This is a yakiniku restaurant that uses carefully selected wagyu beef, located about a minute's walk from Nakameguro Station! It's incredibly easy to get to! It's a yakiniku restaurant on the first basement floor. It was my first time in Nakameguro, and I had an image of it being high-end. However, my friend said it was no different from other towns, so I thought maybe that was the case, and when I entered the restaurant, it was indeed high-end, lol. The restaurant was kept very clean, and the interior was incredibly stylish! The first greeting from the staff was very energetic and the best! It made me realize that I was in Nakameguro! As for the food, it was delicious! The most delicious dishes were the restaurant's signature dishes, the tied Cow tongue, Oyster Cow tongue, and seared wagyu beef yukhoe! The tied Cow tongue is made with carefully selected wagyu Cow tongue, and the wagyu Cow tongue is filled with plenty of green onion salt! It's so delicious. It's delicious just as it is, but it's even better when you squeeze a little lemon on it! There's no way that Cow tongue, green onion salt and lemon don't go together! After that, I drank a beer and I was so happy! It was the best! Oyster and Cow tongue were more surprising than delicious! Oyster and Cow tongue!?!? Ingredients used as main dishes go together!? I thought that they wouldn't go together because the goodness of each one was too strong!? But it actually went together surprisingly well! The creaminess of Oyster and the sweetness of Cow tongue matched well, and it was even more delicious when I squeezed some lemon on top! The seared wagyu beef yukke was the best! It was great that the staff seared it right in front of me! It looked great! lol. The taste is needless to say! It was the best! I ate it all up! Wow, it was a really good restaurant! Not only the inside of the restaurant but also the toilets were clean, and the staff were cheerful and polite throughout the meal, so it was a comfortable place! Also, it's a small thing, but it's nice that you can order with a tablet! Next time I'd like to invite another friend to come to the restaurant! Thank you for the meal!!
