「NO MEAT、NO LIFE」から独立した星野隆人氏が2021年7月29日にオープンした『Yakiniku.ushicoco.』
目黒銀座商店街の手前にある飲食店ビルの4階で隠れ家的ロケーションで営業されてます。
店内は全席カウンターで14〜5名ほど入れる感じ。造りが独特だなーと思ったらフレンチの居抜き物件みたいです！
取扱うお肉はA5の黒毛和牛の雌牛に拘り、保健所の許可を取っているので生肉提供もできます。
今はコースはないみたいですが、焼き物主体で13品ほどのコースをお任せすることもできるとのこと。
今回は好きなものだけ食べたいのでアラカルトで注文。

◇タン 1,900円
見るからに良さげなタン。
味付けも絶妙で滑らかさがあり、旨味をダイレクトに感じれる。レモンも添えて提供されますが、薬味なしで十分美味しいです。
◇ハラミ 2,000円
程よい厚切り。とても柔らかく噛むごとに旨味が溢れ出る感じ。
ハラミはワサビか山ワサビ醤油で。
◇ユッケ 1,600円
この日大ヒットした黒毛和牛のユッケ。
サーロインだと思いますが、めちゃめちゃ良かった！もちろん白米に乗せてかき込みました。
◇南魚沼産コシヒカリの土鍋ご飯2合 2,000円
ユッケと食べるのに注文。
つぶが立っていてツヤがすごい。
3人で2合が丁度良かったです。
◇レバー 1,200円
臭みもなく、しっかり甘味を感じられる良質なレバーです。
◇ヒレミミ 1,000円
脂の旨味もしっかり感じられる。
わさびと食べるとさっぱりして良いですね。
◇シンシン 1,500円
シンシンのベストな厚みはこれ！と見本になるほど丁度良い厚さ。タレも美味しくご飯に巻いて食べることをオススメします！
◇ピスタチオのジェラート 500円
濃厚で美味しい。
たまたまSNSで見つけ良さそうだったので訪問しましたが、期待以上に良かったです！
まだオープンして3ヶ月ほどですが、これから人気になること間違いなしと言える焼肉店でした。
3人で行ってお酒2杯ずつ飲んで1人6,000円ほどとコスパも良いんじゃないかなと。
次にもう1軒行く予定だったので腹6分目でしたが、お腹いっぱい食べても1万しないと思います。
