中目黒に2021年オープンした「Yakiniku.ushicoco. （ヤキニク ウシココ）」。
ユッケランチがインスタで大バズりし、昨今の「ユッケランチ」ブームを作り出したお店です。
場所は中目黒駅から南に徒歩2分ほどの商店街にある飲食ビル4F。
いつもはエレベータ前に大行列が出来ていますが、この日はタイミング良かったのか待ちが無いので入ってみました。
ランチメニューは主に以下のとおり。
「黒毛和牛のユッケセット」
シングル 1380円
ダブル 2600円
トリプル 3900円
「黒毛和牛焼肉セット」1600円
「黒タンセット」2080円
単品の焼肉についてもスタッフがその日のオススメを教えてくれます。
店内はカウンターのみ10席。
壁一面ガラス張りになっており、夜はかなり雰囲気良いと思います。
「黒毛和牛のユッケセット シングル」1380円
卵黄が乗ったユッケにご飯、ナムル、サラダ、スープのセット。
ご飯は大中小選べて中にしました。
ユッケは注文が入ってから作っており、タレが濃すぎずフレッシュ感。
黒毛和牛の生肉は刻み過ぎずムッチリ肉を感じる食感で、文句なしの美味しさです。
ご飯に乗せていただくと、ご飯の熱でよりユッケがトロトロに。
濃いオレンジの卵黄も濃厚でユッケとご飯を引き立てます。
また、ユッケだけでなく釜炊きのご飯も美味しい。
更に特製ドレッシングのサラダもなかなか良いです。
シングルだとユッケは多く無いですが、それでもさすがの特別感。
決して「映え」だけではない美味しいユッケでした。
