個人的には醤油より塩

2回目の訪問。
予約は15分間隔なので、意外と取れやすい。
前回は醤油食べたので、今回は塩で。
めちゃくちゃ見た目美しい！麺線が特に！
ホタテ乗ってるのも良い。
今度は平日の限定食べてみたい。
住宅街の高級ラーメン
最寄りは東横線祐天寺駅らしいですが、日比谷線終点の中目黒駅から徒歩で向かいました。
約20分程度、住宅街の中に予約した人が数人所在無さげにポツポツと。
予約時間から5分程度経ったところでスタッフの方から呼ばれ、食券購入。
その後更に数分待ち、入店。
特上醤油らぁ麺1950円、ビジュアルが非常に美しい。
次は塩も食べてみたいと思いました。
また予約頑張ろう！

完全予約制、土曜に訪問
塩の方が好きだけど、再度看板の醤油を食べたくなって特上醤油に。
スープは鶏に昆布効いてて旨み深いし、スモークチャーシューも最高。
伊勢湾の海苔をスープに浸すと、昆布と混ざってめちゃ美味かった！
5月からは完全キャッシュレスになるようです。
