「Ramen Break Beats」さん初訪問。
開店時から話題のお店で、ようやく伺うことが出来ました。
現在は完全予約制です。
予定の時間に合わせて訪問。食券を購入して席に案内されます。
今回は特上醤油らぁ麺とやまゆり豚の炙りチャーシューご飯を注文。
6～7分ほどで着丼。整った麺線が美しい！
早速スープを一口。鶏ベースの旨味が濃い、まるでコンソメのような仕上がり！醤油の風味も相まって美味です！
続いて麺。ストレートタイプですすり心地良く、パツッとした食感も○。
トッピングもクオリティが高く、チャーシュー類はしっとり柔らかで各々の特徴を感じる仕立てで、ワンタンも美味しい。揚げエノキもよいアクセントで、丼全体のバランスが抜群です！
やまゆり豚の炙りチャーシューご飯もしっかりと存在感があり、大満足で完食！
人気も納得、素晴らしい完成度の一杯でした。
塩味のほか、限定メニューなども気になったのでまた伺いたいと思います。
