山梨の知人に教えてもらったシャトレーゼの別ブランド(業態)のようです。
ケーキは毎週食べています。
新聞折り込みにシャインマスカットを使った美味しそうな写真に釣られて初訪問。
日曜日の夕方にはショーケースのケーキはほとんどなくて、目当てのシャインマスカットを使ったものは、ショートケーキとタルトだけでした。
お味はスポンジ生地とシャンティはちょっと揺るっとしていてフルーツとのバランスが足りない感じでした。
お値段もショートケーキは500+円台とリーズナブルですがタルトは税込で800円台で高めでした。
山梨で有名な桃、マスカットなどのフルーツ狙いならアリかと思います。
