中目黒にある昼だけ営業の間借りイタリアン。
和創作ビストロ眞かのお店で昼に間借りでやっています。
ランチセットは前菜は2種から、パスタは3種から選ぶ形。
前菜は黒キャベツのポタージュ、パスタは定番の神の島レモンのパスタをチョイス。
店主はワンオペでカウンターのお客さんに対応。満席だと8名くらいになりますが器用に対応されていました。
まずは黒キャベツのポタージュからキャベツの食感も残しつつ野菜を活かしたポタージュに仕上がっています。
メインのパスタは目の前に運ばれてきた後レモンを削って香りをつけてくれます。
パスタは太めでアルデンテの湯で加減、しゃきっとしたベビーリーフに程よい塩加減の生ハムがよく合いました。
