平日のランチタイムに訪問。
ピッツァの常識にとらわれない、独創的なピッツァが売りのようだ。
頂いたもの
•マルゲリータ・プラス
•照り焼きチキンとタルタル
•和牛100%ミートソース 大盛り
まずマルゲリータだが、プロシュートがたくさん載っていることに驚く。すでに常識を覆された気分。
しかし、美味しいものに美味しいものを載せて合わないはずがない。
王道のマルゲリータを楽しんだ後は、コルニチョーネと一緒にプロシュートを味わう最高の流れ。
2枚目は照り焼きチキンとタルタル。
照り焼きとタルタルの組み合わせは、多くの人がたまらなく好きであろう。
味のイメージはおおよそしていたが、それを超えていくほどの美味しさに感激。
大人のみならず、子どもにも大ウケする味だろう。
ピッツァのサイズは小ぶりで、生地はふかふかのもっちり。ペロリといけちゃう。
せっかくなのでパスタも注文したが、これもまた大正解。もっちりした麺に、たっぷりのミートソースが絡みつく。生マッシュルームの香りもよき。
パスタランチで利用しても、満足できること間違いなし。
ピッツァもパスタもレベルが高く、大満足なランチだった。いつもと違ったピッツァを食べてみたくなったら、ぜひ行ってみてほしい。
