平日12時前訪問。カウンター8席のみの小さなお店です。訪問時は半数ほど埋まっておりました。
菜彩鶏は、抗生物質を与えず、鶏臭さの原因となる動物性タンパク質を与えず、ビタミンEを強化した鶏肉です。
菜食の鶏かつむね肉なので、かなり淡白に感じます。
こちらを炊いたスープもまたあっさりめです。
ソースはベースのジンジャーとソイがあり、
スイートチリ、ブラックチリ、青唐辛子、赤唐辛子等のシーズニングがテーブルにあります。
鶏むね肉120グラム、ごはん150グラムで1100円なので少し割高に感じます。
ランチは水菜少しのサラダと、白タピオカミルクのデザートがつきます。
お味は全体的にあっさりめで、むね肉なのでジューシーさが少ないですね。色々シーズニングしながら楽しむといいと思います。
