中目黒は目黒銀座商店街。
駅からは徒歩2分ほどの『Pizzeria domo Nakameguro』さん。
まだ去年11月にOpenしたばかり。
本日のランチで。
ピークを過ぎた13時ちょい過ぎの入店だったせいか、先客は1組のみ。
夜はいつも満席な感じなのでラッキー❤︎
ランチメニュー。
ピッツァ12種類、パスタ7種類、お肉料理6種類と、そのレパートリーは豊富。
ちなみに ピザ じゃなくて、ピッツァ だからね。
ピザとピッツァ、まるで別物で、同じものじゃないんだけど、知ってる人、手上げて笑。
こちらはちゃんと窯焼きされてる、正真正銘の “ピッツァ” 。
平日だけ？なのかわかんないけど「今日のスペシャル」なるメニューも。
せっかくなのでピッツァはスペシャルメニューから選んでみた。
◯ 白エビとカラスミとルッコラのピッツァ(モッツァレラベース) ¥2100
ルッコラが惜し気もなく散りばめられた緑鮮やかなピッツァ。
白エビとカラスミのアクセントもバツグン。
美味。
◯ 燻製したお魚と長野県大島農園さんのキャベツのアンチョビクリームソース ヴォイエッロ社のリングイネ ¥2000
パスタはソースじゃなくて、その種類を優先しちゃう笑。
リングイネがあれば、ほぼほぼオーダーしちゃう。
タリアテッレとかフェットチーネの平打ち系も好き。
にしてもホント美味しいパスタだったなぁ。
アンチョビ×クリームソース×リングイネ、最高❤︎
ランチには、東京 日の出町産の農薬不使用サラダ、カフェも付いてる。
このサラダ、なんちゅうボリューム！
◯ 宮崎県産まるみ豚もも肉の自家製ハム ¥1200
◯ 宮崎県産森林鶏むね肉の自家製ハム ¥1200
ピッツァもパスタもお魚系だったので、追加で自家製ハムを。
昼間っからビール飲んじゃってるし、そのお供にもなるしね笑。
ポークとチキンで迷ってたら、スタッフさん。
「半分ずつ盛り合わせにしましょうか？」
なんちゅう気の利くお言葉っ！
遠慮なくハーフ&ハーフにさせてもらった♪
野菜が使われているメニューには
・静岡県 長谷川さんのマッシュルーム
・北海道 青木さんのエシャロット
・鹿児島県 大薗さんのスナップエンドウ
などなど、産地と生産者の方のお名前まで明記されていて、かなりのこだわりを感じた。
（静岡生まれだけど、長谷川さんて静岡に多いよねー笑）
どのメニューもホント美味❤︎
盛られた器もご立派。
そして何より、スタッフさんの気配りがとにかくバツグン！
もう10年近くナカメに居るけど、どうしてこうも目黒銀座には気の利いたお店が多いんだろ。
ナカメでお気に入りのお店は、川沿いよりも圧倒的に目黒銀座に集中してるんだよねー。
ランチから贅沢しちゃったけど、たまには、ね❤︎
次は夜来てみよっと★
