華々しくオープンさせた割には、いやだからこそかあっという間にうまくいかなくなったブルースターバーガー。
その跡地にできたカフェアールイー。
ここは川の方にある本店？の方もなんだけどなんというか掴みづらい店。コンセプトが見えづらいというか。
だからってカフェとしてよくないかというとそんなことはなくこうやって2軒目も出るくらい。
コンセプトやPRなど外形的なことよりも設計や運用が大事なんだな、ということを教えてくれる。
そういうことを学んで再起を待っているよ2代目。
ビジネスって難しいでしょ？
なんてことを考えながらIPAをちびちびやって20分を潰した。
口寂しいかとチョコもくれて。
なんでチョコかはわかんないけど、逆に普段食べないのに食べちゃったり。
わからないことの方が、いいことなのかもしれないね。
