お腹空いたーーーの相方と一緒に訪問
１年ほど前にオープンしていたのは知っていましたが訪れる機会が無くてやっと訪問しました
20時回っていたので祐天寺の駅チカでと思っていたとき思い出してお邪魔しました
店内は白基調で清潔的
照明が落ち着いていて明るすぎずくつろげる雰囲気です
お店は２階で階段を上がり扉を開けると素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくれました（こういうの嬉しい）
先客と目線が合わないように窓側の席に案内してくれ熱々のおしぼり（なんかいい）
ホールスタッフさん１名とシェフ１名で切り盛りしているそうです
スタッフさんが増えたらテイクアウトメニューも考えているようです（いつかは未定）
ランチもやっていてランチメニューに＋200円で夜も提供可能なんだとか
今回はディナーメニューの5,000円のメインが選べるコースをふたりでシェア（これはスタッフさんからの提案でした～）この場合一品別に注文が必要です
コース内容としては
前菜 今日はサラダ
パスタ（ソース（味）を注文）
トマトソース・ホワイトソース・ガーリックなど自由に言ってみましょう
シェフの気まぐれで作ってくれます
何が出るかはお楽しみで…
メインはお肉とお魚を選べますがお肉をチョイス
プラス一品にトマトとトリュフのブルスケッタとたまごとトリュフのリゾットをお願いしました
前菜のあとすぐにブルスケッタが提供されました
トリュフのいい香り
次にパスタ
パスタがモチモチとしていていいソースもガーリックが効いていて食欲をそそります
続いてポークカツレツ
カツレツの上にガーリックソルト
そのままパックっといっちゃってください
衣はカリカリサクサクお肉も柔らかく
とても美味しかった
〆にたまごとトリュフのリゾット
これは美味しかった
ここまで結構食べているのにパクパクいけちゃいます
最初はそのまま一口
つづいてたまごを割って混ぜてと２度美味しいリゾット
おコメの硬さも最高
塩みも絶妙でぜひ食べていただきたい一品です
ホールスタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーでお話し上手
関西のイントネーションで軽快に説明してくれます
シェフは職人気質なんだと思います
一度だけ料理を運んでくれましたが多くを語らずって感じで好感大
21時半ラストオーダです
もう少し遅くまでやっていてくれたらと思うのは贅沢でしょうか
また必ず行きたいお店です
次回は一口ピザを食べに行きたいです
