今年の８月にオープンされた、『おきなわキッチン一日花(はいびぃ)』さんを妻と訪問。祐天寺駅から徒歩5分くらいの所にありますが、路地裏なので少しわかりづらいかもしれません。
カウンター席とテーブル席の比較的こじんまりとした空間です。テーブル席は予約が入っているようで、カウンター席に着席しました。
女性二人でオペレーションされており、厨房内は、いかにも自宅のキッチンといった容貌です。

少し頼みすぎましたか・・・
お通しには、人参シリシリが提供されました。
しかも、温かいシリシリは初めてです。
頼んだ料理は、どれも優しい味付けで、美味しいです。
特におでんの「テビチ」は、トゥるっトゥるで美味しい！
お肌にいいヤツです。
一時間余りで全部平らげてしまいました。
また通いたくなる、アットホームな感じのお店でした。
