■コースの所要時間: 2時間
2023年11月29日に中目黒GEMSにオープンした 和牛焼肉一心 。
中目黒駅から徒歩3分程のGEMSに入る新店。
内観はエレベーターを降りるとすぐ店内に繋がり真ん中には大きな円卓のカウンター席、周りに完全個室があるラグジュアリーな空間。
こちらの店舗では生食許可を取っているのでユッケの提供も可能でコースは8000、10000、12000円の3種でリーズナブルにコース焼肉を楽しめる。
今回頂いたのは以下のメニュー。
■うにのせ黒毛和牛ユッケ
細切りで甘辛のタレに和えられたユッケも美味い。
雲丹は個人的になくても美味しかった。
■黒毛和牛とキャビアの手巻寿司
こちらも細切りのユッケにキャビアの塩みが良い。
■上生タン塩、黒毛和牛ヒレ
タン元はプリプリで、ヒレも肉の味が濃く美味い。
■本日のサラダ
とうもろこしのソースが美味しい工夫のあるサラダ。
■本日の厳選塩焼肉2種 シンシン、マルカワ
こちらも赤身メインで肉の香りも味わいもよく美味しく頂ける。
■一心焼きしゃぶ あごだし
焼いたサーロインの脂を旨みの良いあごだしで落としながらさっぱり頂ける。
■厳選タレ焼肉2種 和牛ハラミ、ランプ
ハラミもジューシーで上質。ランプも脂が少ないのでコース最後のタレもさっぱり頂ける。
■和牛、蟹、いくらと生姜の炊き込みご飯
生姜のさっぱり感とテールの旨みがご飯に染み渡り炊き込みご飯としての美味さが良い。蟹やいくらは映え要素だと思うので個人的にはなくても良いが肉とご飯の味付けが好みだった。
