東急東横線の祐天寺駅から程近くにあるブンの店。通りに面してガラス窓と開け放った入り口から、店内の様子が見えて入りやすい。
カウンター4席、テーブル2卓のこじんまりとしてます。
メニューブックには、店主(白井瑛里さん)のこだわりが記載され、無添加・無化調、有機野菜と煮込んだ鶏がらスープ、国産米を使ったお店で打ち立てのブン麺とのこと。
旨味たっぷりマッシュルームブン¥1,300と、とろ茄子グリルの葱油かけ¥900を。
ブンがとてもいい。しっかりとしたコシのある太めの素麺のような感じ。例えが上手くないかもしれないけれど、ハマりました。素材が凝縮したようなソースもいいです。今度はスープ麺も味わってみたいです。
茄子は、焼き茄子の薫りをまとってなめらか。少しの辛味のある葱油が、白ワインに合います。これもとても気に入りました。好み。
白ワイングラス¥700
スパイスが効いた自家製チャイ¥600や、スイーツも味わいたいなあ。
夜メニューも気になります。
お店の方の対応も好感が持てます。
